For now, Samsung Galaxy Tab is probably the most popular
Android tablet out there. If the plan pushes through, the South Korean giant is
expected to launch the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite next month in June. It also reported that
Samsung will launch the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite in three variants, the Wi-Fi only
(SM-T730), the 4G (SM-T735), and the 5G (SM-T736B/SM-T736N). While last month shows the
5G in Black color, recently leaked images show the tablet in a Pink shade
alongside an S-Pen stylus and in matching color book-style flip cases. All in
all, it comes in five color options.
While there is no word from Samsung yet about the Galaxy Tab
S7 Lite, words heard from the grapevine claims that there is no such thing as a
‘Galaxy Tab S7 Lite". The tablet would ultimately be called the “Galaxy
Tab S7+ Lite”. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 + Lite is believed to come
with Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless, Wi-Fi 5, and a USB Type-C port that enables 15W fast
charging. Moreover, the upcoming tablet PC is rumored to be powered by a
Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset matching 8GB of RAM.
The book-style flip cases will have two S-Pen holsters, one on the inside and the other fashioned near the dual camera unit. Also, very noticeable of the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite 5G is the volume rocker and power key on the right-side frame of the tab with the USB-C port and speaker located at the bottom. It also comes with a selfie camera on the right bezel.
And for most of us, I do not know Samsung's reasoning behind
placing "+" and "Lite" in the same device, but it is not surprising at all considering the South Korean giant penchant for naming its gadgets and devices. Still, if Samsung does go ahead with a projected June 2021 launch,
expect more information to come of the upcoming Android tablet in the next few
weeks.
