The first official trailer for the forthcoming Halo TV series has just been unveiled, ahead of its announced release date, which will premiere on Paramount+ on March 24, 2022.

Halo is a military fictional television series following an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant. The series is centered on the video game franchise of the same name. Furthermore, Halo will intertwine profoundly drawn personal stories with action, adventure, and an assumed future vision. Kyle Killen and Steven Kane developed the Halo series for the streaming service Paramount+.

In the trailer below, you can see a glimpse of not only Pablo Schreiber's Master Chief, but also the best look yet at the show's version of Jen Taylor's Cortana. Moreover, you will see many of the Covenant enemies Chief and friends, facing off against, the Elites (Sangheili), Brutes (Jiralhanae), Jackals (Kig-Yar), and more. Fans of this series would also notice an Energy Sword, which is a Plasma Pistol, a Warthog, a Pelican, and more.

The series’ story will separate from the game's canon. Regardless of Jen Taylor making the jump from the games to the TV screen, to once again voice the AI known as Cortana. The show will have Schreiber and Taylor joined by Danny Sapani's Jacob Keyes, Olive Gray's Miranda Keyes, Charlie Murphy's Makee, Yerin Ha's Quan Ah, Natascha McElhone's Catherine Halsey, Bokeem Woodbine's Soren-066, and more.
